Bought a Sprinter from Justin in October and I wanted to wait and see how things went before leaving a review- as I have been saving for decades for this dream van. Justin was a bit pushy from the start- which made it tough to leave. Ended up coming back and bought a 170 van. Got ceramic coating and a clear wrap on the front, then installed a side window, roof vent and back seats. It was then I realized I had a 170 EXT (extended). it's huge. Jeremy never mentioned this and when I asked him about it- he said that he didn't realize it was an EXT- oh well, 'more room to grow' ha ha was his response. I was furious as it's too long for my carport and driveway and he just laughed it off. the difference (now that I know) is obvious. There was also ceramic paint left on 3 door handles and trim, that he said would eventually go away (it did not). Then when I needed some very minor service- he said to just stop by. I stopped by and shop said they were too busy, and that Jeremy never mentioned I was coming. I turned aroun and went home. I live 5 hours rt from dealer so this was a huge inconvenience that I feel Jeremy could have made right with 1 phone call. (Jackson in the shop was awesome btw) Overall very disappointed (slightly angry) on Jeremys lack of knowledge and mis-direction. It has cost my lots of time and money and I hope others can learn from my mistakes and assumptions.

We were unfortunate that our sprinter van broken down. Fortunately we were only minutes from the dealership. We had it towed to the service department. It was a Sunday and they were closed. So we slept in the camper van. Monday I spoke with Jackson at the service dept. He had the problem diagnosed and overnighted the part needed for the repair. On Tuesday he had us back on the road. The repairs were covered under warranty so, there was no charge to us. A big thank you to Mercedes-Benz of Boise!

Nikki did a great job. She listened and responded accordingly. We were very satisfied with her service and help.

A very pleasant and straight forward experience. I was made to feel very welcome the first moment I stepped foot into the showroom. Nikki was very thoughtful and attentive, all the small gestures made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her if you are looking for a new or used vehicle at their dealership.

Sales consultant Brennan Geddes is a true professional. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. On our way from Seattle to SLC the yellow Check Engine light came on in our Sprinter 3500XD camper van. Without an appointment, we stopped by Lyle Pearson MB Boise to have it checked out. They are the busiest and only certified Sprinter service center for a large area. Despite that, Jackson A. was kind and accommodating and told us they would squeeze us in as the schedule would allow it. My Mercedes went in for PCV code, that code is under warranty, I took it in and they got it taken care of quick no questions asked, if you have a problem Alan will fairly resolve it, great job guys!

I had a great service experience at Lyle Pearson Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter. I had my Mercedes Class C Sprinter in for its first regularly scheduled service. It was very easy to make an appointment that worked with my schedule, and they provided me with a loaner car. Jackson was my service representative and he was helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. My RV was completed on time and everything went smoothly. Approximately one month later, my RV went into Limp mode and I lost acceleration. I called Jackson at Lyle Pearson Mercedes, explained to him what was happening, and that I had a trip coming up. Without hesitation, Jackson made an immediate appointment for me and had a rental car waiting. The service department found some new codes that did not show up on the regularly scheduled service, and quickly addressed them. My Class C Sprinter was only at the Dealership for a day and everything was taken care of. I am impressed by how responsive Jackson and the Dealership were to addressing the issues I had, and how quickly they completed the repairs. I am very happy with Jackson and my service experience. I will continue to take my Class C Sprinter to Lyle Pearson Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter for any future service I need.

on our way to salt lake city, the ABS warning kept on popping up, we contacted the service department, jackson Adams told us that he could not promise anything, cause their schedule was full, but we could wait, so we drove two hours from twinfalls to Boise, waited two hours, Jackson finally squeezed us in, and found out that one sensor failed to work. so problem solved, we were happy to be back to our road trip. thanks a lot for saving our trip! Mercedes-Benz of Boise was the best. I needed some recall work done on my Tiffin wayfarer on a sprinter chassis and they provided a car for two days until it was done. Another time I had a computer issue with the MBUX software and Tiffin, they diagnosed it and fixed it quickly. Jackson Adams was my service advisor, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure all the work was done quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.

My husband and I went to purchase a Mercedes for him and met with Nikki. She was very warm and welcoming. She had so much knowledge and was willing to answer all our questions. Even months out I contacted her to order more scents for the car and she was very responsive and helpful. So much so that when my husband and I wanted to get a Mercedes for me we went back and saw Nikki. It was once again a wonderful experience and everyone there is always amazing. They make it an easy and fun experience. Everyone is really personable and welcoming. They go the extra step and make sure we know we are welcome to reach out if we ever have any questions. I can’t begin to tell them how much I appreciate all they’ve done for us.

Our local dealership had tried previously, but were unsuccessful helping us complete the setup. We were immediately greeted at the door by Nikki Skifstrom. I moved her 2.5 years ago and left all my 'connections' behind. Usually cause for worry, but all that was gone when I met Nikki, actually, outside of Mercedes. We had such a great connection I asked what she did for work, and found out she would be my new connection when needing an upgrade on my Mercedes! Well that's exactly what happened 5 months after meeting her! Nikki was a perfect fit for someone like me: very warm & friendly, thorough in everything I asked, and very knowledgable. This girl want you to be a satisfied customer from her heart! She made every bit of this experience worth it! To further the kudos, Kristi was excellent in the finance dept. and many other members of their team were welcoming & kind, creating the perfect atmosphere for making such a significant purchase. I would have put 5 stars but took 1 star off the only reason is because I bought a car a few months ago with my wife and our rep was fantastic. However things went downhill when we met the finance manager. With respect I will not put his name on here but he says he's been doing it for 30 years or so. Anyway he was pushy selling the add ons and rude to us in a passive aggressive type of way.... yes he's good at what he does and I'm sure this will reach deaf ears but maybe tell him to ease off a bit because it really gave us a bad taste in our mouth and made an exciting experience into a cautious one. We felt like he was trying to get every dime out of us. He also claimed that he only wants to help and put our best interest first but as we said no multiple times he then lowered the price a few thousand just like that on an add on which tells us he really wasnt putting our best interests first and wanted to get the highest ticket he could... Other than that everything was great the reps on the floor were super helpful.

I bought a used Toyota from Aiden at the Benz location. After I test drove it I went home to discuss with my wife. No pressure from Aiden at all. Let me take the car home to show my wife and didn’t pressure me to buy it. Negotiated over the phone and once terms were agreed I was in and out of his office in about 30 minutes. No hidden tricks or fees. Very straightforward and professional. Fast forward a week-the car battery dies and will not hold a charge. I bought the car as is but thought maybe Lyle Pearson would stand behind the vehicle and help with getting me cost on the battery. Nope they didn’t do that, they reimbursed me for the purchase of a new battery and would have installed one for me at no charge. I will look to Aiden for any future vehicle needs and recommend him to friends and family.

We just purchased our very first Porsche with Nikki and couldn’t be any happier! She went well above & beyond and made this experience more then what you could imagine, exceeding expectations by far! They were very attentive and so helpful since we’re very new to the car buying process. They went above and beyond with giving us cute keychains for our new keys, filling up the gas and cleaning our license plates to make this a dream come true experience. 10/10! Thank you so much to the folks at MB Boise. We limped our sprinter van into the service department driveway last night because our fuel hose failed as we were passing through town. We didn't have an appointment because our breakdown happened after hours but they took us in immediately. We got out of the dealership before 10am with a fully working van. We are SO grateful for the fast and friendly service. Could not recommend more.

Our transmission was showing signs of a very soon breakdown. Traveling through Boise on our way home from a 5 month, 15k road trip, we were time sensitive. Nikki Skifstrom was my sales person and did an awesome job. Aside from all the normal assistance, Nikki took the time and made the effort to email and text me instructional videos on how to operate and enjoy my Mercedes. Moving up from a 2013 ML350 to 2020 GLE450 is considerably more technical, especially for someone in their mid70's. Nikki was there every step of the way, virtually, and her follow up was exceptional. She is very pleasant, thorough, a technical wiz kid in addition to being a very nice, sincere, helpful person.
